Again best KIK tricks

We’re Back!

Happy Tip Tuesday! After a short hiatus we’re back with more tips. Since we didn’t share any tips last week, we’ve got two new ones for you today:

Tip #1: You and your bff having a bad day? Not seeing eye-to-eye with one of your friends on Kik? Just block them! And for when they get back in your good book, you can easily unblock them.

Tip #2: Sending an emoticon to a friend on Kik is super easy! Open a conversation > tap ‘+’ > choose one of the Kik emoticons > Send.

We’ll be back next week with more tips, and we’ll be featuring a brand new app this Friday.

Address Book Matching

Happy Tuesday everyone! This week's tips are all about Address Book Matching.

Tip #1: If you've changed your phone number recently, don't forget to update your Kik account so your friends can still be matched with you. Go to Settings > Privacy > Address Book Matching > Yes.

Tip #2: Not sure what Address Book Matching is all about? Trying to find your friends on Kik? This optional feature matches you with other Kik users in your address book. Check it out: http://bit.ly/PVXxOl.

That's all for this week's Tip Tuesday. Don't forget to check out our featured app of the week this Friday!
Happy

Email Themed

Welcome to an email themed Tip Tuesday!! Having an accurate and accessible email address registered to your Kik account is so important. This is how we send you a new password or get in touch with you if you have unread messages waiting.

Tip #1: If you've recently changed your email, don't forget to update your Kik account. This FAQ from our Support Center explains how to change your email address.

Tip #2: Have you confirmed your Kik account? If you haven't, resending the confirmation is easy, and it's a great way to check that the email registered to your account is 100% accurate. Here's how to resend the email.

Now go make sure your email is accurate and your account is confirmed :)

Message Status and Changing Your Name

Hey kik fans! Happy Tuesday :)
We'll get right into the tips today ...

Tip #1: Not too sure what those different letters and symbols beside your messages mean? Those are your message status notifications and you can check out what they mean right here in this FAQ.

Tip #2: Your Kik username can't be changed (it's your identity on Kik and the way your friends can find you) but changing your display name is easy peasy! Your display name is the name people see when they're in a conversation with you. To update it, go to Settings > Your Account > Name > and type in your new name.
